Thought Frame is a self-help app that guides you through the process of noticing negative thought patterns and changing them to achieve a happier mood. The key is Reframing, which consists of identifying and disputing irrational thoughts, and then creating more positive alternatives.

Thought Frame walks you through describing an upsetting situation, thoughts, feelings and thinking errors, before you are guided through the process of creating Reframes. Once the Event is complete you can save your Reframes, which can be accessed from the main menu at any time.

After doing this several times, you will likely notice a pattern of similar thinking errors, as we all have our particular go-to distortions.

The ultimate vision of Thought Frame is to help you develop a habit of reframing your most common thinking errors and to become a happier you.

Thought Frame is based on elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy, research driven approaches to psychotherapy. It works as a self-help tool, or as a supplement to therapy.
